These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PosterBooking's website, software and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to upload or display content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscription & Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Free Plan
Our Free plan includes up to 10 screens with a watermark. We may update Free plan limits and features at our discretion.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions or errors. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant PosterBooking a limited licence to host, display and distribute your content as required to provide the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You can close your account at any time from your dashboard.
